The autonomous drone self launches using a rocket launching catapult system, flys autonomously to a victim (using a GPS tracking system), and delivers a self inflating life vest.
In a simulated ocean experience the drone launched independently, flew 1 mile (out of sight), delivered the life vest within 15 feet of the victim, and then returned back to land on the beach.
